Technical Specifications
Lens with Central Hole: A hole is machined at the center of the lens. Coaxiality ≤ 0.05 mm, hole dimensional accuracy ±0.05 mm.
Hyper-Hemispherical Lens: The product approaches a hemisphere with a thin edge. Hemisphere ratio D/2R > 95%, some approach 100%. A "keyway" feature is added to the edge.
Center-Thin Lens: Product structure is thin in the center and thick at the edge. Center thickness ≤ 0.8 mm, diameter-to-center-thickness ratio Φ/T > 50.
Edge-Thin Lens: Product structure is thick in the center and thin at the edge. Outer edge width ≤ 0.8 mm, edge-width-to-center-thickness ratio t/T < 0.05.
Fisheye Lens: Structural shape: Meniscus lens with a wide platform, resembling a fisheye. The ratio of concave aperture to outer diameter d/D < 0.5.
